Team members are other people from your team or organization that collaborate with you in FeatureCat (e.g. managing features). Users are end-users of your product or app that you integrate with FeatureCat, such as when embedding the public feedback board, allowing users to vote on features and submit new ideas.
A product is a product or app you want to collect feedback for. Each product has its own public feedback board, and all features, artifacts and users belong to a product.
It's simple - just sign up and get going, no credit card required. There is no time limit, but once you have reached a 1000 users interacting with FeatureCat, new users visiting the public board after that won't be able to give feedback or vote on features. You can then simply upgrade to any paid plan to enable unlimited users.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time by gettiing in touch with us. Your plan will be upgraded or downgraded at the end of the then current billing cycle.
Yes, all plans are also available as annual plans. Annual plans come with a discount (two months free).
You can cancel your paid plan at any time with one click from 'My Account'. Your plan will be cancelled at the end of the then current billing cycle.
We offer payment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
We provide all customers with access to (product) support via in-app messaging or email. Simply go to featurecat.app/help and send us a message. You can email us too via featurecat[at]startpunkt.io.
The FeatureCat app is currently only available in English. End-user facing features such as the public feedback board let you customize the text to your liking, supporting any language.
